Dance movement workshops
Tira Beauty, Mumbai
Innishari Studios, Pune
Conducted a first dance movement workshop for 400 people at the Tira warehouse educating different movement methods and breathing techniques on how to sustain energies and stay active during work hours.
An opportunity by Tira HR team.
My first debut workshop as a facilitator. In these workshops participants got an opportunity to engage in creative movements, uncovering paths to self-discovery while learning techniques to channel energy, enhance productivity, and boost focus through transformative power of dance and movement.

Bharatnatyam Dance Workshop, Ajmer
To celebrate World Dance Day, I hosted a foundational Bharatanatyam workshop in my hometown of Ajmer, in collaboration with the Kala Ankur Sansthan NGO. This initiative aimed educate and raise awareness about this Indian classical art form among students in remote areas, helping to preserve and expand its reach.
